1. Contract of Hire

The hiring contract shall be between Hilltop Views Leisure Ltd (The operator) and the lead person who makes the booking and shall be deemed to be made subject to these conditions of hire.

Unauthorised use of the facilities is not permitted. Each booking is accepted on the understanding that all visitors acknowledge adherence to these rules and conditions.

 

1. Safety

No lifeguard or video Surveillance is provided inside the facilities

Anyone using the facilities does so at their own risk.

There must always be a responsible/competent adult swimmer present when children are using the facilities.

All adults are to provide a mobile emergency contact in the event of an accident.

Users have a duty of care for their guests.

Maximum of 8 swimmers in the pool at any one time.

In the event of an incident or accident, the owners must be notified immediately so its recorded in the accident book.

Persons who are unwell or may have a contagious illness are unable to swim.

No unauthorised access to the plant operating room at any time.

 

1. Loss and Injury

Hilltop views Leisure Ltd and its owners will not be held liable for any injury, Illness, accident or loss or damage, however caused directly or indirectly in or out of the pool.

 

1. Consideration for other Members/swimmers

Members/swimmers are kindly requested to leave the facilities as they would wish to find them.

The allotted session does not include time for changing, we therefore request that swimmers are considerate when using the changing and shower facilities.

No outdoor footwear is allowed in the changing room or around the pool area.

Please shower before entering the pool due to hygiene protocols.

Young children must wear swim nappies opposed to regular nappies

Please Park in the allocated parking area on arrival.

 

1. Damage

All damages and breakages must be reported immediately to the owners.

 

1. Additional Terms

Only responsible persons over the age of 18 years can book the pool.

The owners retain the right to cancel a session without notice.

Strictly no smoking, alcohol or the use of illegal substances on the premises.

No Sub letting

Individuals or groups can be refused entry at owners discretion.

 

1. Lone Swimmers

We actively discourage lone swimmers from using the pool, however being reassured that they fully accept the risks such as there being no lifeguard or video surveillance and that there is no one to come to their aid should they get into difficulties, we would allow exceptions for this on their understanding.
