How do I book a session?
You can either call us/whatsapp on 07944055473 or use our online booking system.
What temperature is the pool ?
We keep the pool at 33 Degrees
Is the pool regularly checked & cleaned ?
The pool hygiene levels are checked 3 times a day and results recorded along with the pool being cleaned every night using an approved pool cleaner.
Will I have sufficient time between sessions to change?
All our sessions are for 45 mins and we allow for 15 minutes between sessions for changing.
Do you have parking facilities ?
Yes we have designated parking on your arrival to ensure you will not be blocked in or unable to park, you will be assigned either a blue or red parking area.
If I am unable to attend a session do I lose my money?
Our cancellation policy is 24 hours, so as long as you have contacted us with this time threshold you will not lose your money or your membership session.
What do I need to bring with me ?
You will need to bring your swimming costume/shorts along with a towel and children under the age of 3 will be required to wear a swimming nappy. We may be able offer additional clean towels if applicable.
What footwear shall I wear ?
You will be required to remove all outdoor footwear on entrance to the pool facilities, you are able to purchase hilltop views approved footwear (pool sliders) or bring your own clean flip flops/sliders.
Can I just watch my partner/child swim ?
Yes, there is a designated seating area to watch/view the pool and there is no charge for this, however you must adhere to the pool footwear policy.
